Jason Ely will be handing off development of “Elderlands” to his son – and a small team – while he pursues a new employment opportunity.
Jason Ely has announced that he’ll be stopping development of “Lothgar Online”, a legacy project, and focusing full-time on “Elderlands” going forward.
“Elderlands” is being split into two versions of the game: a “Legacy” version based on the 2016 client, and a “Future” version that will be actively developed.

Elderlands has concluded its open testing phase; closed testing of the top-down, tile-based MMORPG will continue.
