Jason Ely has announced that he’ll be stopping development of “Lothgar Online”, a legacy project, and focusing full-time on “Elderlands” going forward.
Jason Ely is still working on “Elderlands” when time permits, and the MMORPG isn’t going away. But he’s not going to commit to publishing development schedules anymore.
“Elderlands” is being split into two versions of the game: a “Legacy” version based on the 2016 client, and a “Future” version that will be actively developed.
The website for Jason Ely’s “Elderlands” has been replaced with an “Under Construction” splash screen.
Timbervale, one of the towns in Elderlands, has seen some quest changes and a design revision.
