It has been more than a year since I checked in with Sir John’s website — his repository of Ultima-related projects — and in that time, I see that he has released an update for his Ultima 6 Nitpicker’s Delight Patch:

I have updated the “Congratulations” screen at the end of Ultima VI to ensure that the successful Avatar can actually find the benevolence of his Liege

And I’d like to offer my apologies to Sir John for falling out of the habit of checking his site for updates. He’s made progress on a few of his Ultima-related efforts since April of 2019 (yes, it has been that long — mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa), which I shall endeavour to post news of today and over the course of this week.
