Pre-Order Your Physical Copy of The CRPG Book (There’s Even a Collector’s Edition!)
Felipe Pepe recently announced — before Christmas, alas, and I didn’t get around to posting news about it then — that a physical edition of his masterwork tome, The CRPG Book, would be published by Bitmap Books this year.
Pre-orders of The CRPG Book have now opened up, as of last week, and Bitmap Books has two editions of The CRPG Book available: a standard hardcover edition, and a Collector’s Edition.
The Collector’s Edition of The CRPG Book: A Guide to Computer Role-Playing Games will be exclusive to the pre-order period and limited to just 1,000 units. The book will come within a heavy-duty board slipcase with metallic gold branding and include an A2 rolled poster, A4 Dungeon Map Pad, branded pencil and a pack of 5 postcards.
The pricing is, I think, rather reasonable; the standard edition goes for £29.99, and the Collector’s Edition for £49.99 (plus shipping, in both cases).
