Unseen Dragon has revealed the dates for the next Festival of the Silver Serpent, the annual gathering of Ultima Dragons he hosts at his home in Columbia, Maryland:

Uncovering his plans each time and battling his forces, you have proven the power of the virtues. The Fifth Festival of the Silver Serpent

Unseen Dragon can only accommodate a limited number of guests, and he encourages would-be attendees to first read the rules of the Festival before signing up for it. If, having done so, you want to attend the Festival, you would do well to send in your RSVP as soon as possible.

Note that the Festival is free to attend, although Unseen Dragon does welcome donations to help cover the costs of hosting it.
