Richard Garriott to Give Quo Vadis 2013 Keynote
Gamasutra has a press release announcing that Ultima creator, private astronaut, and Shroud of the Avatar creative designer Richard Garriott will be delivering a keynote address at Quo Vadis. Which, for those of you that weren’t aware, is a major European game development conference.
In their 11th year Quo Vadis , one of the largest and most reknown game developer conferences in Europe, presents a very special international highlight: Games superstar Richard Garriott will hold a keynote on Wednesday 24 th April about the future of gaming and his project Shroud of the Avatar.

We cannot reveal the title of his paper just now, but I promise you, it will be a very special highlight — just as all his talks have been for many years now.”
The developers’ conference ‘Quo Vadis’, created in 2003, takes place from 23rd to 25th April in Cafe Moskau in Berlin. A lot of well known game professionals will talk at the conference this year, like Ed Fries, Al Lowe, Paul Trowe, Bob Berry, Charles Cecil, Guillaume Rambourg, Jens Begemann, Klaas Kersting and many more.
