This CPU slowdown utility is well-known to any Dragon or Dragonette who ever purchased the Ultima Collection CD (it was included as an optional install). Aiera hosted a copy for some time, back in the pre-Wordpress days, and I’m pleased to say that the site once again boasts an available download of the “Basic” version of the program.
