Richard Garriott Beats NCSoft…Again. For Good. Hopefully.
The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld a 2009 court decision awarding a rather large sum of money to Richard Garriott in his dispute with NCSoft. And they even awarded him some extra coin.
