Well, I don’t know what all the drama was about back in June, but it would appear that the Ultima Underworld and Syndicate games that were recently de-listed from the GOG catalogue have been re-added thereto.

What’s more, to celebrate their re-release, GOG are giving them away for free until September 3rd, 2021. What’s more, they’re evidently offering refunds if you were among those who panic-bought the games back in June so that you’d at least have them in your library.
