Long-time reader — and occasional commentator — Demorde, like many others, backed Shroud of the Avatar on Kickstarter in 2013, and then at a pledge level that should have seen him rewarded with a boxed copy of the game and the various trinkets included therewith.

And, like many others, he was impacted by the delay in these rewards being sent out; readers may recall that I posted several times about my own frustrations with this same issue, and for a time placed a countdown widget in the Codex’s header area to keep track of the time between when the box should have shipped and when it actually arrived.

Well, I did eventually get my boxed copy of Shroud of the Avatar…but Demorde has yet to receive his. A box was sent out to him at one point, but to an incorrect address (an error in their records he had previously informed Portalarium of). So, the countdown widget is back in the header, until such time as Demorde finally receives his Shroud of the Avatar box.
