Podcast Topic(s)
With Shroud of the Avatar now in wide release, it seemed fitting to put together an episode in which a few of the podcast regulars — those who’ve been playing the game — give their thoughts on it. The episode is structured in something of an interview style, and the various participants discuss at some length where the game does well, and where it needs more work.

I go to a weekly social group which has a rule that each person should listen to others more than they speak. I feel like the guy with the French (?) accent needs to work on trying to do this a little more. I have been getting irritated by him seeming to dominate the conversation on these podcasts when I want to hear other people’s thoughts and opinions. I do not mean this as an attack on him as a person and I hope this comment isn’t rude.
I’ll have to disagree; I’ve come to greatly appreciate Sir Klaus’ contributions, as he often has things to say when I hit a point of drawing a blank.
In podcasts of this sort, there always tends to be the one person who speaks more than the rest, and this is generally a beneficial thing in my experience. It’s where the pacing of the episode comes from, and helps shape and direct the conversation. Often, this person is me, but I certainly don’t have a problem letting one of the others be it.
