A new patch for EUO, the somewhat Ultima-inspired, tile-based free MMORPG, was released earlier this month, bringing a number of changes to the game:

* can use dyes on named (newstyle only) items to set the glow colour
* added lava golem
* LM’s blood instance fix
* cyan pot: req only 2 sparkling motes now, down from 5
* added white (dyable) daemon – no details on price yet
* corrected shadow imp alignment
* dead players no longer encumbered
* fixed dead players seeing green health bars
* when feed creature, you face the creature (to help with blocking apparently)
* player vamps resurrect with 50% HP
* new client side # command: ‪#‎resetmm‬ – will reset your minimap for current map/character
* support for auxbox colours
* added ctrl+g to allow instant get from top of pile, thus bypassing the list

As well, a new set of equipment runes, pictured above, can be found for purchase in the game. These runes allow a player to bind an entire set of armour to them, making it trivially easy to rapidly swap armour loadouts in-game.

And if I do say so myself, they have a decidedly Ultima 6 look about them.

The First Age of Update: I am informed that the runes pictured above can be used for more than just equipment binding:
