When Starr Long joined the Portalarium team in mid-2013, one of the bonus rewards promised to Shroud of the Avatar backers as a result was a special “DarkStarr emote”. That emote made its debut in the most recent update posted to the Shroud website:

As well, Benefactor backers (those who pledged to the game after May 20th, 2013) will get to sport these newly-revealed cloaks when wandering around the towns and wilderness of Novia:

The Benefactor symbol, you’ll note, includes both the shattered moon motif that the Founder symbol is based upon, as well as an image of the world of New Britannia.

And, as always, there are a few new items for sale this week. For starters, there’s this fine hammer:

For those of you who plan on pursuing the blacksmithing crafting school, this might be the hammer to get; it confers certain bonuses related to that task.

There’s also a series of cloaks sporting the various sigils that have been released to illustrate systems in Shroud of the Avatar:
