Sojourner Tales: Adventure Board Game Final Hours on Kickstarter
Tracy and Laura Hickman’s Sojourner Tales Kickstarter is in its final 12 hours!
Recently, Lord British was added as a stretch goal to the Kickstarter campaign; should the project reach $55,000 in total pledges, a three story arc of adventure modules would be created, set in the world of Shroud of the Avatar‘s New Britannia.
Portalarium announced late last night that they would also reward players who pledge to both project with an exclusive Sojourer-themed item for their SotA character!
We are determined to help Tracy and Laura get to the $55,000 Stretch goal where they will produce a set of three, linked Story Modules set in the world of Shroud of the Avatar and to be released exclusively to the backers of both projects. To help reach this goal, Shroud of the Avatar and Sojourner Tales are excited to announce a very special offer to celebrate the final day of Tracy and Laura Hickman’s Sojourner Tales Kickstarter! We will award each and every Shroud of the Avatar Adventurer who pledges to Sojourner Tales at the $20 and above level a UNIQUE Sojourner themed in-game item.
So jump on over to the Sojourner Tales Kickstarter campaign and make your pledge! Better hurry because today is the last day!
This means that if you want more Shroud of the Avatar content, you NEED to pledge to Sojourner Tales now! Help them get to that $55,000 stretch goal!
You can watch the hangout where Tracy & Laura Hickman, Richard Garriot, Gina “FireLotus” Dionne, and Geoff Mellon discussed Shroud of the Avatar and Sojourner Tales below.
There are 8 hours remaining, and there are $10,000 in pledges needed for the trio of adventures set in Shroud of the Avatar’s New Britannia!
Little under 4 hours left, but still need $7,500 to meet the goal! We can still do it!
If I saw this KS on day one, I would have grabbed an early bird spot. I just don’t know about pulling the trigger at $50 for a board game I may never play. I’ve got a new baby and I’m a broke parent. I already back a few Kickstarters a month and it is hard for me to do more without gaining the ire of the wife.
I hope the Hickmans well, and I hope they reach the $55k goal.
It appears that the $55,000 mark was reached just a few minutes ago! Congratulations to Tracy and Laura Hickman, and I’m looking forward to seeing what Tracy and Richard come up with in those adventures!
