Sanctimonia: Progress Report, Positional Lighting, New Flame Asset
Kevin Fishburne was able, just at the end of August, to get positional lighting working for Sanctimonia’s day/night cycles:
New fire animation (899 frames) http://t.co/rY3QxNFSbz and positional lighting test http://t.co/NQ3gHvya9q. Fixed all surface normal issues.

He also set managed to implement a fine-looking new flame asset for the game, as per the tweet above:
His next step is to get lighting effects implemented for the persistent world objects used in the architectural system:
Lighting block PWOs added to client architectural plan design and server maintenance. Torch-lined hallways are just around the corner.

Client-side inflamed light source management roughly implemented. A few less quirks and a video demo will ensue (said torchlit halls).

Finally, he also released his monthly progress report for August.
