Some users have reported issues logging in to Ultima Forever via their Facebook accounts. Mythic are working with Facebook to identify the source of the issue, but in the meantime have published a possible workaround that someone on the Ultima Forever forums discovered:

For those of you who have experienced difficulty with FacebookConnect functionality, and not been able to log in with your Facebook account, we believe we have a workaround for you!

Once logged into Facebook, visit our page on the App Center:
https://www.facebook.com/appcenter/ultimaforever

There’s a “Send to Mobile” button, that (when pressed) should associate the game with your FB account, and allow you to log into the game using your Facebook login. (It may be necessary to close completely out of the game, and re-start it, once performing the above step.)

Technically, we’re still waiting on word from the Facebook folks about cause and resolution, but one of our clever forums users discovered this workaround (which we’ve heard has worked for several folks), and we thought we’d share!

Hopefully the source of the issue can be identified in the near future and patched out in a hotfix. In the meantime, if you’ve been encountering U4E login issues related to your Facebook account, consider giving this workaround a try.
