BioWare Tuesdays

Dost thou roleplay in Star Wars: The Old Republic? Apparently, some people do.

BioWare Austin are also looking for corporate troubleshooters, at least on their test server. By which they mean there are new Flashpoint missions involving at least one of the fictional mega-corporations that work in the game’s universe. They are also, apparently, introducing an Ewok companion in the next update to the game. Which…yeah.

The first in-game screenshot from Dragon Age: Inquisition was posted to the BioWare website last week, depicting the Inquisitor (apparently) addressing a room full of heavily armoured soldiers. The Inquisitor, by the way, is the player character in the game, at least according to what we’ve heard about it thus far.

Whatever; it’s nice to see that despite the shift in engine, BioWare have done a great job of maintaining the Dragon Age aesthetic. GameBanshee has a few more images that may be worth checking out.

EA also confirmed this week that, no, Inquisition is not a direct sequel to either previous Dragon Age game. The stories of the protagonists of each game are well and truly finished, although their actions will apparently have impacts on Inquisition’s story.
