Not a lot of news this week. Torment: Tides of Numenera continues to do well on Kickstarter, having pulled in over $2.6 million as of this writing.
Xe Dragon features in the fourth Torment update; the generous Dragon has pledged to donate another $100,000 to the project should it reach the $3 million mark. inXile Entertainment also announced a bunch of stretch goals that will unlock should the project reach that funding milestone, and a sample of Mark Morgan’s music is included.
The fifth update, meanwhile, features a video from Monte Cook in which Numenera gets explained a bit. The sixth update, meanwhile, welcomes George Ziets to the project as a writer, and features a couple of videos from Colin McComb. And the seventh update features some new concept art, information about the novella compilation (one of the backer rewards), and introduces a new $39 reward tier.
Colin McComb and Kevin Saunders were also interviewed by VG247 recently.
And Brian Fargo released a new piece of Wasteland 2 concept art, featuring a foe you probably don’t want to cross.
Dengler is a dragon too? I guess I shouldn’t be surprised.
Yeah, he’s the HRUMP guy.
Ah yes, I knew that name was familiar.
