Restored: Dransik
This Ultima 5-inspired MMORPG, which might possibly have been helmed during its development by Ultima 8 developer Jason Ely, is once again available for download…kind of.
You see, Dransik is now being distributed by Pixel Mine Games, and to install it you have to download their lightweight digital distribution client. That said, Dransik is free to play.
Ugh, everything is a tag. Where’s the link to the site already?
I love this site but your link setup is nightmarish, it’s a struggle to actually find anything other than more and more tags within the site. Sometimes I feel like I’m stuck back in 90s AOL!
Actually, the problem was that I forgot to add the correct link to the project entry. It’s there now. Click on the bold text.
Actually, that’s the convention around here; non-bold links are tags, bold links are “real” links. It’s not a perfect system, but it usually works and normally serves as a way of jumping between related content according to keywords.
Of course, that only applies when I remember to put in all the correct “real” links.
Apologies for the inconvenience; it’s a mistake I try not to make too often.
You should really follow the convention of using #tag instead of color highlighting.
I’ll look into it.
What I really need to do is hack the tag system first to assign tag links a special class, which I could then define in CSS to be the same colour as the regular text.
