Some of you may recall Damien Barban from his 2006 adaptation of Ultima 7 as a comic book…or graphic novel, I suppose, is the more correct term for it.

Well, the good Mr. Barban is back, this time with a three-part series of comics entitled Tales from Sosaria, which chronicle the story of the Stranger from Another World and his struggle to defeat the wizard Mondain. That’s right: it’s a graphic novel adaptation of Ultima 1.

At present, the first and second episodes in the series are available (in English, it should be noted); only the cover art for the third installment is currently online.
