Long story short;

Sometime prior to December 2016, someone got into my email address, another users reddit account, and a started bombarding a third person’s email with details he claimed to have gotten directly from Portalarium (but at the very least, got from them via illegal means and found were re-used elsewhere). He has slowly escalated to making constant rape and death threats to an ex-girlfriend of mine he read about in my emails, and shutting down any account he can find associated with me.

We know that user as “Jammaplaya” on their forums, as that is the account he uses specifically for harassment; he has multiple others, and makes new ones on Reddit every single week… but after informing Berek beginning in January 2017 I had gone to the police with this, and named that account as the individual behind it, Portalarium have refused to act even against the account, even when it’s been breaking the rules on their own forums.

I believe that person to be doing the protecting to be Chris Spears. I have been given claimed comments from the recently sacked Devs which match your suggestions that Berek and others were personally appalled when they looked at what “jammaplaya” was doing, but that he was being protected by someone on high.

And Chris Spears has openly tried to upset people such as myself by turning around the claims he knows I have genuinely backed up with police reports as if I were doing it to him. He has also repeated parrot-like the claims of critics, such as claiming to have archived the InsaneMembrane forums, as well as seeing proof of organised conspiracies to harm the game there… What has been claimed agrees with my experience of Spears in particular, that he outright enjoyed the harassment of critics and considered himself to be good at trolling them personally too.

On MassivelyOP.com he even went as far as suggesting that I had threatened his children, just like “jammaplaya” has threatened those of rune_74, Insanemembrane (through Portalarium’s own forums!) and now people whom I once dated. MassivelyOP censored any attempt of mine to point out the IM forums didn’t even exist at the time Chris Spears claimed this happened, so I made a video detailing why it was outright libel.

This set “jammaplaya” off and he started sending abusive comics through Portalarium’s forums to me, and copied me into a conversation between him and all the major staff of Portalarium attempting to frame me, and claiming it was somehow my fault he felt forced to harass me. He demanded they cancel all my access to Shroud because if they didn’t, he’d drive me insane.

Which they did. And then told him they’d done so, because although I kept quiet to see what he’d do, he promptly appeared across the internet bragging “We both know it’s thanks to me you’ve lost everything”…. often using the profile of a Canadian serial killer, because he’s just that well adjusted.

Because of this, I was able to take Portalarium to the American Arbitration Association as per their EULA, for malicious account termination. Except as mentioned above, they not only hadn’t paid the fees to claim they were part of it in the first place, they refused to register with the AAA to fight my case, refused to attend even when given extensions to the deadline to do so, and now they’ve been ordered to remove any reference to the AAA from the EULA and informed they will likely never be allowed to use the scheme again … and to this date, the EULA still isn’t honestly updated to acknowledge they aren’t part of the scheme.

They’re lying even now about something even as serious as that.

Incidentally, and as I said would happen all along when Shroud was weeks from death, “jammaplaya” is now using his other sockpuppets to leak private conversations with Chris Spears, often including ranting about me, to further burn Portalarium down; and the rest of his parked puppets are busy dragging the game down too; notice both “Starman2112” and “StrangerDiamond” who previously posted some of the most insane commentary in the past, both pro (The critics are all paid social engineers, demand their IP addresses from Reddit) as well as anti (I sold my car and phone to support Portalarium, but they betrayed me, I’m ruined… (meanwhile on Reddit: I got married that month and was having threesomes!) ), and both claim to have been banned recently… but it was only when he turned directly against Spears that they finally started caring about looking closely at what has really been happening on their forums…

As I say there… it’s irrelevant to me whether I’ve accidentally helped a genuine psychotic get off on thinking he’s controlling even Portalarium; because I am going to do the right thing irregardless of the hate and idiocy online. Portalarium had the choice to do the right thing, or support someone they knew was fucked up and criminal, and they chose to support the criminal for the sake of cheap thrills thinking they’d upset critics of their dodgy and dishonest product.

Eventually I’ll get the time to finish part 2, discussing dealing with the law, the media, and online idiocy; real life is getting in the way at the moment, and as you can see above, a wealth of evidence is still coming in and changing the story…

But for now: Remember that you don’t even have the protection of the US Arbitration courts, because Portalarium didn’t dare show up to them, and isn’t trustworthy enough to be considered by them any more. And the EULA lies and tries to still claim you’re safe. You’re not.
