If you thought that The Official Book of Ultima was in-depth, Through the Moongate seems poised to outdo it quite handily.

€15 is the minimum spend to obtain a copy of the book; for that price, you’ll get it in e-book form. At the €22 price point, you’ll get a paperback copy of the book, and €50 will get you a hardcover copy. It should be noted that shipping to locations outside of Europe is a bit steep, but, again…in this case, the price seems well worth it.
