You can grab the APK for the app at RelExpo’s Neocities website, which is delightfully old school in its layout and design (fitting, really, given the subject matter). The app is not available via Google Play, so it will have to be sideloaded; you’ll need to ensure in your device’s settings that installation of third-party apps is allowed. RelExpo has built the app to work with (roughly) Android 3.0 and up.
