Broadsword Online Games isn’t taking a break just because it’s Ultima Online’s 18th anniversary; they’ve pushed another piece of the Time of Legends content to the Test Center shard:

We are excited for the fourth TC1 release of the Time of Legends!  Make sure you patch your client before testing anything on TC1. We look forward to seeing you on TC1, if you have any feedback please send it to uo@broadsword.com. We will be pushing this tonight so expect TC1 to go down for a short period of time.

One quibble I have is that their change notes, though quite comprehensive, don’t really do a great job of illustrating which changes were made in which part of Publish 90. Would it be too much to ask that the little icons be given different colours to denote this?
