Crowfall: Campaign Modules and Eternal Kingdoms FAQs Updated
Citadel Studios have published a pair of updates to the Crowfall website over the last few days. The first, in addition to featuring the great video above showcasing the creation of some art featuring the game’s Templar archetype, introduces some new information about Campaign Modules:
In our unending quest to create a dynamic, innovative game, the design team has offered up a new FAQ for Crowfall fans to pick over: Campaign Modules. The second update concerns some new and revised information about the Eternal Kingdoms, which are the player-run realms within the game that — unlike the worlds in which its campaigns are set — do not decay to their eventual destruction over the course of a few months:
We’ve already given you some information about how the EK’s function: the fealty trees, the land parcels and strongholds, and how monarchs can carve their Kingdom into a hierarchy of regions and provinces and then grant those lands to other players.
Today, we’re doing a refresh on the Eternal Kingdom FAQ to give you a deeper understanding of that design – and we’re giving you a LOT more detail on how these Kingdoms work.
This might sound bold, but we believe that our world building system is as deep (and cool) as anything you’ve ever seen.
Don’t believe us? Check out the FAQ and decide for yourself.
There’s also a new video available to watch, in which Eternal Kingdom customizations are demonstrated.
