Broadsword Online Games have released Publish 89.1 for Ultima Online onto the Test Center shard:

And, indeed, many, many bugfixes are listed in the news post. However, rather more interesting than all of those is — I think — the changes made to Britannia proper:

World Building

• Docks have been added to the city of Yew, west of the Yew Mill.
• Docks have been added to the City of Minoc, north of the Stables.

Additionally, for the first time in a while, the Classic Client actually gets mentioned in the bugfix list. So at least some work is still being done to maintain it, although the Enhanced Client still seems to be getting the lion’s share of attention.
