Andrew Owen has posted a couple updates concerning U3.5: Pax Britannia to the Ultima Dragons Facebook group over the last few days. For one, he completed his efforts to model instrument voices for the game’s soundtrack:

He also reworked the manual for the game, porting into Adobe InDesign and making a few needful changes here and there. He is asking for proof-readers to go over the book to look for errors and whatnot; a proof copy has been made available to enable this.
