Thou hast my rapt attention.

Truth be told, I’ve never been a big fan of the Infinity Engine games. Not that I don’t acknowledge Baldur’s Gate 2 or Planescape: Torment as classics; they are that, and deservedly so. I’ve just never much cared for that particular corner of the RPG space. The isometric perspective bothers be, for one. And while the background art is truly gorgeous in just about any Infinity Engine game one could name, that’s…really all there is to them. Or at least that’s what it feels like when I play them.

Icewind Dale is the one notable exception, however. And being able to play it “on the go”, with enhanced graphics and additional features…that’s something of interest.
