Sir John has released version 0.20 of his German translation patch for Ultima 6. He has changed his approach to the patch somewhat:

Version 0.2 is done. I abandoned the original planning of translating the Convos according to gameplay but went for the internal numbering instead. makes life a lot easier for me.

For you this means, that e.g. Cove, most likely your first town to visit, will be translated almost at the end of the whole project.
