The Shroud of the Avatar Team Has Added Another Technical Artist/Programmer
Kudos to Browncoat Jayson for spotting this; the most recent entry in the Standup Corner thread on the Shroud of the Avatar forums — where Developer+ backers can learn what each member of the Portalarium team is working on that day — featured a new name. Portalarium has added technical artist and programmer Alyssa Reuter to the team.
Before joining up with Portalarium, Alyssa Reuter worked with Edge of Reality, and at Electronic Arts before that. Her online portfolio includes mentions of games like Loadout (particle engine & physics work), Mass Effect (particle and decal issues in the PlayStation 3 port), and Command & Conquer 4, among others.
She appears to have a fairly broad skillset, encompassing both 2D and 3D art, shaders, and programming (especially relating to image processing).
So that’s good…another artist for the Shroud of the Avatar team.
