U3.5 Pax Britannia: ZXodus Engine Update
Andrew Owen posted a short update to the Ultima Dragons Facebook group yesterday, informing us of his most recent progress on U3.5: Pax Britannia and its engine, ZXodus:
Tiny update to the ZXodus Engine I thought you might be interested in. The overhead map view display code and the 3x scaler (for displaying monsters in the dungeons) are done. This means when the dungeon layer code is done all the video code will be finished. And that’s what I’m moving onto now.
To which he added this remark, in a comment:
Oh, and speaking of dungeons … there’s the dungeon, the crypt, the prison, and the mine.
I’m assuming this refers to different tilesets.
