As has become the norm, the latest update to the Shroud of the Avatar website included yet another puzzle piece-shaped portion of the map of the Island of Novia:

This piece doesn’t really tell us much. The visible Runic text spells out the word “SPECTRAL”, but by itself is incomplete, only a fragment of the name of some feature of Novia’s terrain. I will have to comb through the various Blade of the Avatar chapters currently available in the near future, in the hope of identifying this part of the continent.
