Work once again beckons, and I will once more be traveling. This time, I’m headed to Joliet, Illinois (just a bit south of Chicago), where I’ll be staying from October 6th to 12th, inclusive.

If you live in the area and want to get together, let me know. I’m also open to good restaurant suggestions. I’m also not opposed to traveling up to a suburb of Chicago proper, given enough advance notice to plan.

Additionally, or perhaps alternatively: if you will be in Champaign, Illinois, on the 6th of October, I’m going to at least attempt to visit that fine city in the afternoon. My mother grew up there, so I’m hoping to grab a few pictures of her old house and school. Not that said exercise will take up too much time, of course; I’d be happy to meet somewhere to grab…say…dinner.
