A new piece of Dragon Age: Inquisition concept art was released last week, which may in fact be an image of Ostagar (from the first Dragon Age title). It was also confirmed that Dragon Age 2 savegames will carry over into Inquisition; BioWare had been a bit unclear on this point at E3. That revelation came during the BioWare panel at PAX Australia; you can watch a video recording of the panel here.

It was also revealed last week that BioWare briefly considered giving the Extended Cut DLC for Mass Effect 3 a price tag. Producer Casey Hudson dispatched that idea quickly enough, it would seem.

And in the “don’t miss” category this week, check out this awesome collection of Dragon Age and Mass Effect concept art, which includes a lot of stuff that didn’t quite make it into the game. For those of you who buy into the hype of such things, conceptual imaginings of Tali’s face are included in the collection, from back before the non-visibility thereof became a “thing”.
