BioWare Mondays
Well, Operation Nightmare has begun in Star Wars: The Old Republic. It’s the most obvious sign that the first half of update 2.2 for the game has rolled out, and it’s evidently a doozy of a challenge. And with the second half of update 2.2. inbound in the next little while, it looks like The Old Republic will be having an interesting summer indeed.
In the wake of E3, BioWare’s general manager Aaryn Flynn has taken a few questions about Dragon Age: Inquisition, as well as given an interview about same. The next (last?) Dragon Age game was, of course, one of the “big news” items in Electronic Arts’ E3 presentation this year, and it seems as though the game will be a bit of a return to what might be called traditional RPG form for BioWare. Or so, I suppose, we can hope.
I’ve been burned too many times by Bioware now. I’m not pledging that I will never buy/play Dragon Age 3, but I can promise that I will not be purchasing day one. I’ll let others experience that for me and then make a decision.
