BioWare Mondays
BioWare have closed their San Francisco studio, which developed the Dragon Age: Legends browser game. I seem to recall this studio being named BioWare Social at one point, but…at any rate, it is no more.
BioWare Austin have made some adjustments to the commendations system in Star Wars: The Old Republic, and will also be changing the login procedure for the game starting next month. The stage is also set for The Rise of the Hutt Cartel, the next major expansion for the game…which totally doesn’t feature Mass Effect’s Krogan. Nope. No, sir.
The Citadel DLC for Mass Effect 3 seems to have been fairly almost pure fan-service, but even so, reviews seem positive overall. In it, you’ll get to spend quality time with old companions, break up a terrorist cell, and get boozed up with the crew of the Normandy. What’s not to like?
Well, the price, maybe.
Speaking of price, all PC-version Mass Effect are on sale via Origin right now. As well, if you were involved in ME3’s multiplayer, this infographic may be of interest to you, and there was evidently a huge multiplayer event over the weekend…which, based on how it’s being reported, may have been the last such event.
