Which NPCs Would You Like To See In Ultima 3.5: Pax Britannia?
Over on the Ultima Dragons Facebook page, Andrew Owen has posted a survey, to retrieve answers to the following question:
Which NPCs from the entire Ultima series would you like to see in U3.5:PB? I’d just like to get an idea of who the favorites are. I reserve the right to pick whichever NPCs best serve the story. All of the companions from U4 will be included. Suggestions can include NPCs who are only referred to in in-game materials, e.g. Philpop the Weary. The only requirement is that they should be alive at the time during which the game is set.

Nimrod, Sherry, Sutek, Blackthorn, the Shadowlords, the Time Lord, and at least one beggar if not dozens. I tried to vote on the Facebook page, but the interface was unintuitive and I gave up. Also, some skeletons. Always loved skeletons in Ultima games.

Thanks for the suggestions. The poll seems to have gone a bit quiet. I have no idea who Nimrod is, so if you can provide a pointer I’ll look into it. Sherry is in (with backstory), Sutek is in (and quite sane at this point). I like the idea of including the Shadowlords, however they will be normal humans at the time when the game is set. The Time Lord is in (although under one of his aliases). There will be plenty of beggars following the destruction of Fawn and Montor. I can include Vilus, but I can’t find much information about him. I quite like the idea of Smith as well (and I have an idea for the dialogue).
Well this is interesting. I distinctly remember his name was Nimrod in Ultima IV, yet my searches on Google find that his name was Timrod. Funny how memory works.
