Away for a bit
It seems I just landed back in Canada, and already I’m off again. This is it, the big weekend — as of about 1:30 PM on October 20th, I’ll be a married Dragon. We’ll be honeymooning in Greece, flying into Athens on the 24th of the month.
Which means that I’ll be back at some point in early November (would that I could get more time off of work, but the Jamboree used up all my good graces in that regard).
In the meantime, be sure to visit Dino’s Ultima Page for all your Ultima news needs.
People who wish to post news from Ultima projects are encouraged to do so in the comments to this post. I’ll be sure to amalgamate any news into a formal posting upon my return.
Congratulations! Marriage is wonderful. Don’t think about Ultima while on your honeymoon… not sure if the spouse would appreciate that.
Ultima V for TI calcs continues to progress… Now at 90.5%. Here is the latest screenshot showing combat with those pesky orcs…

Looks an interesting little thing going on there, Ranman. Any TI calculator emulators about?
Yep… Here are a couple for Windows:
VTI v2.5b – http://www.ticalc.org/archives/files/fileinfo/84/8442.html

My greetings – all the best for you and your wife – have a lovely honeymoon and return safe
Best of luck for your honeymoon. Marriage can be great, so good luck.
Congratulations and have a wonderful time!
My wife and I had our honeymoon in Greece as well and have wonderful memories of it. Here’s hoping you have the same!
Just an update on some DVD case covers I am working on. I have finished a Worlds of Ultima cover and will be posting it on thecoverproject.net this weekend. Also, I was hoping for a little help looking for aany hi-res (atleast 150dpi) scans of the ultima covers? All I own are the Ulitma 7,8,9 covers and they are not really usable for my project.
Hexxxer.
Thank you, everyone, for your words and congratulations; I am very grateful for all the kind things you have said.
And thank you also, those who submitted news. The next news update is going to be pretty big, let me assure you!
