[image:99:r:s=1:l=x]Welcome to the newly redesigned version of Ultima: Aiera, an Ultima project archive site and news aggregator for the Ultima community. First launched on August 10th, 2004, the site began its time on the web with this simple mission statement:

Ultima: Aiera is a site devoted to all remakes, patches, and Ultima-inspired projects and utilities out there on the web. We will track news and updates pertaining to these projects, as well as host patches and demos (as well as completed modules)!

Although Aiera has been oddly quiet for many months (posting, unfortunately, no news at all between October 2006 and March 2007), the Ultima community has been as active as ever, and now that Withstand the Fury Dragon has gotten himself sorted out a bit more, Aiera will resume this stated mission in earnest!

As yet, the new version of the site is not content (or feature) complete, and so if you wish, O Reader, you are more than welcome to visit the old version of the site for all your Ultima-related needs (at least to the extent that Aiera can address those). In the coming days and weeks, the new version of the site will see features and content added to it, as well as tools for building publicity and the promised method by which developers can directly submit news to the site (via email!). And you’ll be able to contact ol’ WtFD more directly as well.

So welcome to Ultima: Aiera all over again. May you find herein all that which you seek.
