Methodology: I went through The Codex of Ultima Wisdom and took note of all human residents of Britannia circa Ultima 5: Warriors of Destiny. Populations for each area were derived from the count of inhabitants listed for each on their respective Codex pages, and I subtracted prisoners and minors from each total where relevant.

Voting was handled with help from Microsoft Excel’s RANDBETWEEN function; Lord British’s votes were a randomly chosen number in each area, between 0 and the maximum number of inhabitants. Lord Blackthorn’s votes, then, were simply the total number of inhabitants in each area minus what Lord British received.

* Sutek, sole resident of Spektran, has declared himself the winner of the Britannian Election. The Brtannian Electoral Commission has charitably decided that this constitutes a write-in vote, and has called the island of Spektran for Sutek.
