It’s not a new video; the upload date is August 8, 2007. But what we are apparently seeing here is a short segment of a rare, playable demo version of The Lost Vale, the never-released expansion for Ultima 8.

Not much happens in the video; the player immobilizes all enemies with some sort of stasis-like effect, and is then able to wander around a small underground area unmolested.
