The Ultima Online team have posted an important update to the game’s official website:

Greetings Everyone,

We are going to be taking down the Promotional System to do some upgrades to it tomorrow, January 15th, starting at 10 am.ET. These updates will improve the processing and delivery speed of all promotional codes in game.

We will also be doing updates to Vendor Search for new items recently added. We are not taking it offline but you will notice that it will not update. We will post updates as each task is completed.

So now you know; if these features are non-functional in Ultima Online, or wholly unavailable, don’t panic.
