Adrien Adchee spotted the above review of Ultima 1 and posted about it on the Ultima Dragons Facebook page. It appears to be the first ever review done by YouTube vlogger Judgement0s, and by all appearances he intends to do reviews of the entire Ultima series…as well as Shroud of the Avatar.

As to why he has undertaken these reviews, Judgement0s offers this explanation on the Ultima subreddit:

There aren’t enough people who are aware of these games and how much they’ve shaped the industry, so I’ve attempted to fix that. This is my first video of this size, so feedback/comments/criticism is all appreciated 🙂 A full review portion for games 1-3 will be at the end of the video for 3.

Well…you really can’t argue with that, can you?

Give the review a watch; it’s not quite eleven minutes in length, and Judgement0s has a dry wit about him; he’s rather more entertaining and watchable (I think) than Spoony. I’ll offer up a bit of a language warning for a handful of epithets, but…again, nothing that rises to the Spoony level of profane excess.
