According to the penultimate update posted to the Ultima Online website, Publish 86.2 should be coming to TC1 this week. This update to the latest Publish will bring a number of changes to the ongoing Vice vs. Virtue event. It will also introduce a number of tweaks and new features to the Trader’s Quest event, as well as to the global loot tables in the game.

The most recent update on UO.com, incidentally, says exactly the same thing, except in Japanese.
