Slashland has posted a few updates to the Ananias Mobile Roguelike Indiegogo campaign page, including an announcement of new pledge/reward tiers — which include the game’s soundtrack, mind — and this update video:

As well, he gave us a peek at some of the new art that is being created for the game; that’s what graces the top of this article.

And hey…don’t just take my word that you should back this project. Not that you shouldn’t…you totally should; it’s a tile-based roguelike that you can play on basically any Internet-connected device, and the guy making it is a hardcore Ultima fan. But like I say…don’t just take my word for it; Rustic Dragon thinks Ananias is worth your investment too:

Hey all, not sure if this has been posted here yet. While this isn’t an Ultima, it’s safe to say that it’s heavily Ultima inspired. Santiago (a.k.a. Slash) is the gent who did the Low Resolution Ultima Maps Project as well as Morgaelin. (not to mention he’s a nice guy) I kicked in some money because I think he has the passion and skill to make great things:

Go Slash go!

See? Actual reputable Ultima Dragons support Ananias, not just town criers like me.
