Remember That Ultima 7-Inspired Avatar Sculpture? Here It Is in 3D!
Jason “Xar Dragon” Evans has posted a 3D rotational view of his truly exceptional, Ultima 7-inspired sculpture of the Avatar, which we first saw in early 2012.
That’s something, isn’t it?

Reminds me of the Pen of the Avatar video where Stephen is using “zbrush” or whatever to virtually sculpt initial model references. You could 3D scan Jason’s sculpture and use it for a high-resolution base mesh. Would be nice to see Jason and Portalarium get together someday to that effect. Wait…that was a Star Citizen video, not Stephen’s videos. Shit…
