Planetivy has published an interesting editorial about Kickstarter and the RPG revival it seems to have been fueling of late, which uses Divinity: Original Sin as a key example.

The Original Sin Kickstarter page has also been updated with a round-up post that gives details on when pledge management will go live, an award the game received recently, and a couple of development update videos. Oh, and a “help wanted” ad, but with some pretty specific requirements: you have to play the violin, and you need to be female.

On the Divinity: Dragon Commander front, Sven Vincke has updated his personal blog with some musings about when to heed feedback, and which feedback to heed. There’s also a new development update video for Dragon Commander.
