Cool Interviews: Richard Garriott

Cool Interviews only just launched, and its laudable aim is to “amaze, inspire and enlighten” by providing “exciting reading material for your next coffee break” via a series of interviews. And it just so happens that the first interview posted to the site is with none other than Richard Garriott.

The topic of the interview is space tourism and what living in space is like, and the dicussion touches on both Garriott’s own experiences with space travel and his thoughts on its future as a private venture. It’s nothing we haven’t heard from him before, but it’s still an engaging discussion, and as fine a way to start an interview-focused site as one could ask for.

Check thou it out!

Wow, they fucked up by not recording the audio. When I saw a text wall I was in disbelief for a moment. And since they mentioned it, I saw Man on a Mission and it was incredible. A must-see for anyone who still possesses the faculty for child-like wonder. Great film.
