Bethesda Thursdays

There really isn’t a lot of Bethesda-related news this week, strangely. This fake Dishonored walkthrough was an amusing April Fool’s joke, and the game’s creators spoke passionately at GDC about the need to actually attract players rather than dictate actions to them (in effect arguing for open-ended gameplay and taking the risk that players might occasionally break the game).

OpenMW had a good week; Zini from the Titans of Ether helped fix a number of bugs and has also been hard at work improving the engine’s editor. The team also managed to squash a particularly annoying dialogue bug in the last week.
