38 Studios’ assets have been put up for auction, and are open to public bidding. You — yes, you — can grab a piece of the sordid history for yourself if you like.

Torchlight 2 saw another incremental update this week, bringing a handful of minor tweaks and fixes to the game. And over at Joystiq, Rowan Kaiser had some kind words to say about the game’s character progression.

A trailer for Cryptic Studios’ Neverwinter was just released, as well as some screenshots of its Foundry toolkit. And an underwater treasure hunting guide was released for ArcheAge.

GameInformer published an interesting piece about the development timeline of BioShock Infinite, the upcoming BioShock sequel from Irrational Games. Irrational also lost a couple of its top developers to Microsoft this week. Whether or not this has set the game back further, I can’t say.

Oh, and screenshots for Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two been delayed until 2013, in no small part because of the development transition it experienced moving from Epic Games to Impossible Studios. Still, the game should get a bit more polish before its release, and that’s really not a bad thing.
